There are few endeavors in life more daunting and difficult than buying and selling a home (simultaneously) and I have to say that I will forever be grateful to Sherri for her help in making this as smooth as one could ever hope for. SHERRI MOVED QUICKLY & GOT THE JOB DONE
We challenged the Noel Team by asking them to sell a condo in Santa Monica while working with us in the Midwest. They moved very quickly and got the job done. With their knowledge of the area and their reputation, we had 62 parties attend the first open house. Within 2 weeks, we had several options to choose from. It took a while to get to closing but that was only due to some past zoning issues that were beyond their control. Our main complaint was that we had given a list of things that needed to be done by their handyman. We were told that they were all done and therefore paid the man, but upon visiting before closing, we discovered not everything was completed. We were thrilled with the price and how quickly things moved aside from the problems beyond their control.
