About Norman Fuentes

Born and raised in Culver City, Norman has a deep-rooted connection to the community. A proud graduate of La Ballona, Culver City Middle School, and Culver City High School, he continued his education at UC Santa Barbara, earning a degree in Sociology along with a Technology Management Certificate in 2023. His passion for service led him to become an EMT after high school, driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact. That same dedication to helping others ultimately inspired his transition into real estate, where he now guides clients through one of life’s biggest decisions—finding the perfect home.

As a dedicated real estate professional, Norman specializes in Mid-City and the Westside, including Culver City, Mar Vista, and Santa Monica. With a deep knowledge of Los Angeles' dynamic neighborhoods, he combines local expertise with a strategic approach to help clients navigate the market with confidence. Beyond real estate, Norman enjoys staying up to date with the housing market, segments of the stock market, and the classic car industry. At home, life is filled with family and adventure—he married his high school sweetheart, Olivia, who teaches at Paul Revere Middle School, and together, they care for their energetic Belgian Malinois puppy.
