About Avi Nova

Avi joined Keller Williams with a vision for changing people’s lives through cultivating lasting relationships, building wealth and reaching client’s real estate goals, and coaching those around him to maximize their potential.

After growing up in Israel and serving in the Israeli Defense Force as a navy-intelligence field operator, Avi decided to move to Southern California to pursue a B.S. in Business Finance at USC (Fight On), followed by an accounting degree from UCLA.

After a short career in business management (accounting), Avi realized that real estate was the key to transforming people’s present, future, and legacy. Real estate became his passion, and the means to generate wealth and make dreams come true to those who work with him. With his previous experience, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate hard for his clients (he’s Israeli after all) sets him apart to always exceed his client’s expectations.

With high production, confidence, and innovation, Avi rose up the ranks at Keller Williams - all the way to the top as the Team Leader overseeing 600+ agents, coaching the top 20% of agents, executing the short/long-term vision, and ultimately increasing profitability and efficiency. While his skills and experience make him a strong negotiator and energetic advocate for his clients, he’s most proud of his ability to connect with people and establish long and prosperous relationships.

With the combined experience as a real estate coach, mentor, and Team Leader, Avi possesses precious skills and knowledge which helps his clients reach their goals while creating lasting relationships with both clients and agents.
